đȘ Murph Monday (Crunch Fitness = Free All Week)
Donât be surprised if you see groups running sweaty laps around gyms Monday morning doing the âMurph,â a legendary Memorial Day workout named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. Crunch Fitness is opening its doors for free Monday and all next week, whether you're going full Murph or just Murph-adjacent on the elliptical.
