The bEast is Back! Disc Golf’s Waco Charity Open Returns
Waco’s disc golf scene is world-renowned, with Cameron Park ranked as one of the best courses globally, and this weekend, the action shifts to Brazos Park East (aka "the bEast") for the Waco Annual Charity Open. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the sport, this event is one you won’t want to miss! The tournament runs from today through Sunday, drawing top-level competition from across the country. The stunning, challenging course along the Brazos River will keep you on the edge of your seat. St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Waco 🍀
Did you know? St. Patrick’s Day was originally to honor the saint who brought Christianity to Ireland and helped preserve knowledge during the Dark Ages. Many scholars would say that the Irish helped save western civilization. Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating with green beer, corned beef, and questionable dance moves. It’s a long leap from missionary work to pub crawls, but let’s raise a glass to the Irish who helped shape the world we know today!

Waco Civic Theatre 2025 Season Announced! 🎭
Get ready for an exciting season at the Waco Civic Theatre, including a full production of Disney’s Frozen in October 2025!
