💔 Jubilee Market Closing
After seven years of bringing fresh, affordable food to Waco, Jubilee Food Market is closing its doors. Opened in 2016 to fill a critical gap in local food access, Jubilee served the neighborhood with heart—especially during the pandemic. Thanks to expanded grocery options and improved services, their mission has been fulfilled. Their last day of operation will be Monday, March 31st.

From Jimmy Dorrell, founder of Mission Waco:
“We celebrate Jubilee Food Market and all that it provided to this neighborhood. We are grateful to all who shopped there and who donated their time and resources to make sure there was an oasis in what was once a food desert.”

The silver lining? All Jubilee employees will transition to new roles within Mission Waco, and exciting plans are already underway for the space. ❤️

The #4 Baylor Lady Bears are ready to make a statement in the first round of the NCAA Tournament! They’ll take on #13 Grand Canyon this Friday at 2:30 PM at Foster Pavilion.
