🏗️💧 Electrolit to Build $400M Facility in Waco

Electrolit, known for its premium hydration drinks, is investing $400 million to open a 600,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Waco by early 2026. Partnering with Keurig Dr Pepper, this advanced, eco-friendly plant will employ over 200 professionals, feature recycled packaging, and utilize rail infrastructure to cut emissions. This expansion supports North American demand, marking Electrolit’s first U.S. production location. More info.

🏃‍♂️🍗 Burn Those Thighs Before the Pies!

Join Waco’s Thanksgiving morning tradition with a one-mile fun run and 5K run/walk at Indian Spring Park! Featuring awards, Thanksgiving-themed costumes, and Bosque Spirits as this year’s sponsor, it’s all for a great cause: supporting the Community Cancer Association. Register by TONIGHT (Nov 15) for guaranteed shirts and medals for the first 1,000 sign-ups. Race day registration adds a small fee, so sign up early HERE.

🚶‍♂️✨ East Waco’s New Lighted Trail Nears Completion

East Waco’s $4.3 million lighted walking trail, set to open fully by January, spans 1.2 miles along a former rail route from Sherman Street to Gholson Road. Designed for walkers and cyclists, the 12-foot-wide path includes LED lighting, traffic humps for safety, and historical markers. Funded partly by a federal grant, the city plans to extend the trail in the future. More info.
