Thank you for the enthusiastic response around the crew cards. Below you’ll find a lineup of ten restaurants across Waco who have agreed to discounts for anyone with the card. There will only be 100 for sale, and for everyone who has already emailed me, your spot is secure.

Waco Restaurant Week: October 18-25, 2024!

Join 60 restaurants and foodies from across Waco for a week of delicious food and fun pop-up events celebrating Waco’s vibrant dining scene, all while supporting a great cause! Proceeds benefit Keep Waco Beautiful’s Green Business Alliance, helping local businesses go green. Every bite helps make Waco a cleaner, greener place to live.

The Great Waco Duck Race 2024

Get ready for The Great Waco Duck Race on Sunday at Indian Springs Park! Adopt a rubber duck for $5 to support Imagination Library of Waco and race for a chance to win prizes, including a $1,500 Visa Gift Card! Join the fun from 12–3 pm with family-friendly activities, inflatables, games, and crafts. At 2 pm, 10,000 ducks race down the Brazos River—be there to cheer them on! More info can be found here.

Two Saturday Family Events

Sic’em Science Day hosted by the Mayborn Museum kicks off at 11 AM. Hands on experiences will fill the day along with a chemistry magic show where science and spectacle come together in a fun educational experience.

Fall Fossil Festival is taking place at The Waco Mammoth National Monument from 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. There will be family friendly activities, live camels, pumpkin decorating, a mock dig pit, and food.
