🚸Waco High School has launched a community-driven initiative called All Pro Dad. Led by Principal Joseph Alexander and Administrator Darius Brown, the school is reaching out to local dads through the newly formed "Waco High All Pro Dad" group. This program encourages dads to actively engage in school activities, mentor students, and provide positive male role models. Their involvement helps build stronger connections and a more supportive school culture. Their next meeting is Friday at 7 AM. RSVP Here or get in touch to volunteer.

🏘️Mission Waco has long been dedicated to supporting the unhoused in McLennan County. Inspired by Austin's Community First, they’re expanding their efforts with Creekside Community Village, a 68-acre tiny homes project on University Parks Dr. Phase one will include 35 homes and cost $12 million—$7.7 million has been raised so far. The village will offer affordable housing, community kitchens, and dignified income opportunities. More info about the project is found here.

🏊🚲🏃‍♂️Eight Wacoans, including Emma Cartisano, Regan Haddock, Kaden Huff, Robert Gonzales, Troy Roenfanz, and Jose Vallejo, are chasing their dream of becoming IRONMAN athletes, thanks to a community-driven initiative. The Greater Waco Sports Commission, alongside local businesses, has created sponsorships providing over $7,000 in equipment, training, and race entries.
