• Opals Oyster Bar OPENS today as the first seafood restaurant from Black Family Hospitality Group (the same team behind Terry Blacks BBQ). Opals is located nearby at 228 S 8th St. serving oysters, fresh seafood, lobster bisque, and caviar. Wacoans love new restaurant openings.
