Baylor Buzz 🐻

Baylor University is set to host two prominent authors in the coming weeks. This afternoon (September 4), Tim Alberta, author of The Kingdom, the Power and the Glory and American Carnage, will discuss "The Crisis of American Christianity" at 3:30 p.m. in the Armstrong Browning Library. Alberta's talk will explore the rise of right-wing political extremism among American evangelicals, a theme central to his latest book. Then, on September 10, David Brooks, renowned columnist and author of How to Know a Person, will return to Baylor for a 6:30 p.m. discussion on civic discourse at Waco Hall. Both events are highly anticipated and offer valuable insights into contemporary political and cultural issues. For more from Baylor’s Office of the Provost, visit here.
