⚽ SoCo Soccer Scores Big
D1 Gym closed their doors for good just a few weeks ago, and Clay Fuller & Bland Cromwell of Cromwell Commercial Group already found a perfect next tenant for the space. SoCo Soccer will take over the indoor facility taking Waco’s indoor soccer to the next level. (5100 Franklin Ave)
🏞️ Waco's Floyd-Casey Park: $25M Playground
Waco Parks director Jonathan Cook revealed a summer construction start for the 30-acre park, featuring a walking trail, picnic area, pavilion, splash pad, all-wheel skate park, pickle and basketball courts, and an all-inclusive playground with smooth surfaces. “Night to Shine” Needs Volunteers
Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine prom is happening in Waco on February 7th at Crestview Church of Christ. They are looking for up to 400 volunteers to help serve 175 kings and queens that will be attending. From taking pictures while guests arrive on the red carpet, helping facilitate karaoke or the dance floor, there are many different ways to serve on this special evening. More info here.
